Refund Policy

Cancellation:

Your order will be fully refunded if its status is processing, an order can not be cancelled if its status is shipping or shipped. When an order status is shipping, it means we have handed the package to shipping carrier and wait for the tracking number updated.

Most orders are shipped within 12 hours after the payment is confirmed, so please contact us within 12 hours if you want to cancel the order. There is a 5% transaction fee will be deducted from refund for credit card payment; Full refund for paypal payment.

If you want to get refund for a shipped order, please wait to receive the package and then return it to us for refund, $5.99 shipping cost will be deducted from refund.

Return:

(a) Return

Sex toys are for intimate use, we do not accept returns for opened product except it is defective or damaged. 

To be eligible for returns, please confirm that:

-Items to be returned remain unused, undamaged, unwashed, and in original packing with original label

Customers have 14 days from the date of receive to change your mind and return the items without explaining the reason and RoseToyOfficial has to issue a refund. You can request a return by contacting us at [email protected] After receiving the return item, RoseToyOfficial has to issue a refund back to customers’ account. No-restocking to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product.

(b) Damaged Products

Any items damaged on arrival can be returned to RoseToyOfficial for a full refund. Please note that if damage is only limited to the packing outside and the contents remain intact, products will not be considered damaged.

(d) Refund

We will do refund once we’ve received the item you’ve returned.

The refund will be returned in 7 business days after receiving your returns and after verification, please check your account.
